Your privacy is incredibly important to us. When we built Swiggle, we strived to create a service that would meet the strong privacy expectations and standards of our users.
Our service works by collecting e-receipts from your email inbox. We’ve built internal protocols and systems to only search for receipts in your inbox that match our supported merchants. The only information that our system gets from your email relates to communications from supported merchants.
Your email account remains fully in your control. When you sign up with Swiggle using your email, Swiggle never sees or stores your password. Instead, you connect directly with your email provider (i.e. Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and they continue to supervise the security of your email as usual.
