No one likes overpaying for things.

All major retailers have a price adjustment policy.  If you find a lower price after you make your purchase, they’ll refund you the difference.  They do this because it costs them more to process and restock a returned item than it does to give you the refund.  Plus, it helps them build customer goodwill.

BUT — it’s not that simple.

Most of us don’t have the time to check hundreds of retailers for price drops each day.  And even if we did stumble upon a lower price, it’s a real hassle to go through dense price adjustment policies and file the claim.  Because of this, we’re leaving millions of dollars in refunds unclaimed.

That’s where Swiggle comes in!

Swiggle starts working to get you this money back once you connect your email.  It first searches for your recent purchases by identifying order confirmation and shipping emails.  Then it begins looking for lower prices at retailers all across Canada and the U.S. and doesn’t stop until the price adjustment period ends.  Once it finds an better price, Swiggle files a claim with the retailer to request your refund on your behalf.

You don’t have to lift a finger!

Retailers typically give you the refund by crediting your original form of payment (i.e. your credit card.).  Once Swiggle is sure that you’ve received your refund, a 25% success fee is charged to your credit card.  So, if Swiggle earned you a refund of $10, you’ll see a charge of $2.50 on your next credit card bill.
